At Oxhana, we take pride in providing high-quality, 100% raw, unprocessed human hair. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or altered hair extensions. This includes hair that has been worn, washed, colored, or styled.
- If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
- Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is received.
