At Oxhana, we take pride in providing high-quality, 100% raw, unprocessed human hair. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or altered hair extensions. This includes hair that has been worn, washed, colored, or styled.
If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Approved returns will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the product.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item is received.
