Bundles (Sew-in/Weft)

Wash hair 1–2 times per week depending on use (more often if using styling products or after workouts, less often if worn naturally).

Use a mild sulfate-free shampoo and moisturizing conditioner.

Deep condition every 2–3 washes

Detangle gently from ends upward using a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush.

Air-dry whenever possible, or blow-dry on low heat – always ensure wefts are completely dry.

Protect at night with braids/twists and satin/silk bonnet or pillowcase.

Always apply heat protectant before using hot tools (max 160–180 °C / 320–350 °F).

 

 

Tape-ins

Wait at least 48 hours after installation before washing.

Use sulfate-free shampoo and avoid oils/conditioners near the adhesive tape.

Dry the roots and adhesive thoroughly after each wash.

Detangle gently, avoiding tension on the tape area.

Reapply/reposition every 6–8 weeks with a professional stylist.

The hair can be reused multiple times – the tape should be replaced at each reinstallation.

Always apply heat protectant before using hot tools (max 160–180 °C / 320–350 °F).

 

 

Clip-ins

Wash after every 10–15 wears or when product build-up is noticeable.

Detangle before and after each use.

Store in a satin bag or storage box when not in use.

Style with low heat and heat protectant.

Do not sleep or swim with clip-ins attached.

 

Expert Tips for Maximum Longevity

Seal wefts if cut — if your stylist cuts the wefts, sealing the ends helps reduce shedding.
Raw hair can be bleached or dyed, but always use a professional colorist and bond-protecting products.
Lightweight oils like argan or grapeseed help keep the hair soft without weighing it down.
Clarify gently every few washes if you use many styling products.
With proper care, Oxhana Raw Hair lasts 1–3 years or more.
